Credits

Buy, redeem, and spend credits (PicGo is credits-only).

Credits Only (No Subscription)

PicGo uses credits as the only billing mechanism. You can use PicGo for free within the limits of your current credits. When you need more, you can purchase credits packages.

Where to Check Your Credits

Go to /settings/credits to:

  • see your current balance
  • review transaction history
  • redeem credits codes

How to Get Credits

  • Purchase: /pricing
  • Redeem codes: /settings/credits
  • Promotions: some deployments may grant signup or periodic bonus credits

What Costs Credits

Depending on the site configuration, credits may be charged for:

  • image generation (/ai/image, /ai/image/chat)
  • video generation (/ai/video)
  • key AI actions inside AI Director V2 (/ai/video/director-v2)
  • unlocking advanced content (full prompt text / parameters / original downloads)

Payment Methods

Payment methods depend on your deployment (Stripe or Alipay). If your payment is successful but credits are not added, check /settings/credits first, then contact support with your order details.
