I can’t publish content
Publishing is admin-only. If you are a regular user:
- You won’t see “Create” in the navigation.
- Visiting
/createmay show a 404.
If you believe you should have admin access, contact your site operator.
I’m out of credits
Go to /pricing to purchase a credits package, or redeem a code on
/settings/credits.
I paid, but credits didn’t arrive
- Refresh the page and check
/settings/credits(balance + history) - Wait a few minutes and retry (some providers need async confirmation)
- If it still doesn’t show up, contact support with your order details
Generation is stuck / slow
- Try again later (queues can be busy).
- If you switched network/VPN, refresh and retry.
- Check
/me/generationsto see if the job eventually completed.
How do I switch language?
Use the language switcher in the navigation (English / 中文). Docs follow the same language setting.
