Payment Agreement

Scope

This Payment Agreement applies to your purchase and use of paid features in PicGo (the “Service”), including credits, subscriptions (if offered), and promotions. Details shown on the purchase page prevail if more specific.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing, entitlements, validity, and scope are shown on the purchase page. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and subject to their terms.

Credits and Auto-Deduction

• Credits may be used to redeem specific features (as shown in-product).
• When you start a generation job or use a paid feature, we may immediately deduct the corresponding credits/usage.
• Due to instant costs, used credits are generally non-refundable even if a job fails or results are not as expected, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

If subscriptions are available, they may renew automatically unless canceled via your payment method’s subscription settings. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds and Disputes

Except where required by law or explicitly promised, paid features are typically non-refundable. For duplicate charges or payment anomalies, contact your payment provider or email us for assistance.
