Browser permissions and local data used by the Service
2026/01/27
This page describes the permissions and local data PicGo (the “Service”) may use in a web browser environment.
When you upload reference images on chat/generation pages, the browser lets you pick files from your device. We access the file only when you choose to upload it, and use it to process your request.
When you click actions like “Copy prompt”, the browser writes the selected text to your clipboard. We do not read your clipboard without your action.
We may use cookies or browser local storage (LocalStorage) to keep you signed in, store preferences, and improve the experience (e.g., draft/history caching). You can clear or disable them in your browser settings, which may affect functionality.
